For young people, therapy can address issues such as self-affirmation, academic pressures, family relationships, and the development of social skills. In the case of adults, we focus on issues such as stress management, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, and personal growth.<\/p><p>Our therapists use evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and humanistic psychotherapy, adapting them to individual needs. We foster a collaborative environment where open communication and empathy are fundamental to the therapeutic process.<\/p><p>We recognize the importance of mental health at all ages and are committed to providing a welcoming space where self-exploration and personal growth are possible. We believe in the strength of each individual to face and overcome challenges, and our psychotherapy aims to enhance those strengths to build a healthier and more satisfying
